Success!
Seneca took to the bottle like teenager and her first can of Miller Light. She chugged it down and then let out a roaring belch. That's our girl! We had experimented with a few different kind of bottles before flying down to Florida, none of which worked. Finally Nana had success with the Dr.Brown's bottle which I bought on a whim (read desperate purchase) at Target just before getting on the plane to Florida. Equipped with her advise of singing "Old MacDonald" and knowing that the turkey gobble is her favorite part of the song Jeff gave her more than 3 ozs. - up until this point she had only taken about 2. I guess she was a hungry little muffin.
Tomorrow is her 3 month birthday and I go back to work...it's hard to believe how much things have changed, yet somehow it seems hard to imagine our lives before Seneca. She's changed so much from when we brought home that Thursday. She sucks her thumb now, smiles and coos, and is just overall more interactive. Fun Fun Fun.
